Early booking is advised, as courses are limited in size. Once the form is received we will respond with payment instructions and/or receipt if you’ve paid via credit card.
Payment must be made in full 6 weeks before the course commences or immediate payment if booked within 6 weeks. Failure to pay may result in the delegate place being cancelled and 100% charges for the course.
In the event of an applicant having to cancel, the fee will be refunded in part thus:
• Up to 2 months: 100% refundable
• Up to 6 weeks: 75% refundable, or transferable to another person or module at a cost of £95 per person per module.
• Up to 1 week: non-refundable, or transferable to another person or module at a cost of £225 per person per module.
These fees may be adjustable if there is a waiting list for the course, or the place is filled.
Transfers can be made up to the end of the following year and are subject to the same booking conditions as stated above once confirmed. Transfers must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org to transfer to another course.
The transfer details must be sent to email@example.com within 30 days of issuing in order to avoid the full costs being invoiced.
Certificates are issued with the delegates name, organisation, and if applicable, the service centre they work at. If this person changes service centre, or organisation, they are entitled to have the organisation name changed on their certificate. For movement within a company, or multiple certificates per company this is free of charge. Our standard admin fee of £80+VAT is chargeable for a change of company name.
We will be reviewing the feasibility of running classroom-based courses 6-weeks prior to the delivery date.
If there is any doubt on the safety of the course delegates and lecturers, then we will switch to online-based classrooms and assessments. Instructions on how to join these sessions, and how they will operate will be made available to you at this time.
All classroom assessments will be replaced with an interview, and one to one assessment.
Should we decide to go ahead with classroom-based learning. We will be putting in place the necessary safety precautions prescribed by the local government.
Should we decide to go ahead with online learning, any charges incurred from travel and accommodation bookings are not the responsibility of the AEMT. Please ensure you are appropriately covered by your corporate insurance policies.
